Diesel fuel treatment

Description
Diesel fuel treatment TM-40 is designed to lower pour point and cold filter plugging point (CFPP). Its formula is exclusive and super concentrated. TM-40 is intended for applications in heating oil but also finds application in diesel fuel, in which it is completely miscible.

Characteristics and Benefits
TM-40 is formulated with highest quality ingredients. When used to heating oil or diesel fuel, it lowers pour point and prevents cold filter plugging. In table and graph below, we show typical performance when TM-40 is added to summer Canadian diesel fuel.

Types of Application
Use TM-40 in all types of equipments using diesel fuel #1 or #2 and submitted winter time temperatures.

Directions for Use
Add TM-40 in heating oil or diesel fuel before filling the reservoir. CAUTION : It is recommended to add TM-40 at a temperature higher than the cloud point (ASTM D2500) of the diesel fuel in order to get efficient. Non conformance to this notice will lead to non-efficient action. To obtain cloud point, please contact your diesel fuel dealer. Recommended dosage is 1 : 1000.
