Maintenance of pneumatic circuit

Turbo-Air permits easy and efficient maintenance by the vaporisation of the  ALD-3 in the pneumatic circuit. Its effectiveness lies in the patented air-jet nozzle propulsion system that vaporise the ALD-3 into a fine mist from the built in reservoir, covering completely the inside of the pneumatic circuit.

Our tests show that approximately two out of four treatments are required during the first months and then subsequently regular scheduled maintenance will keep the pneumatic circuit clean and efficient.

Thawing

Turbo-Air is ideal for fast thawing as the ALD-3 is vaporised effectively everywhere in the frozen system.

Safety

Turbo-Air includes a built-in automatic safety valve to ensure that the unit is airtight under pressure even with the cap removed.
