Description

Forms a long term protective coating for rigid and flexible circuit boards. This one-part & self-priming coating cures to a flexible & transparent elastoplastic coating ideally suited for electronic printed wiring board applications.

• Thick Film circuitry
• Porous substrates
• Printed circuit boards.

Application may be done by dipping, spraying and flow coating on a clean & dry surface. The carrier will then evaporate and active component will cure. At room temperature, an active film thickness of 5 mils (100 µm) will need around 10 minutes for a tack free surface and around 60 minutes to completely cured surface. Use of heat will accelerate curing rate. Protect against humidity during storage with vent desiccant filter and-or blanketing with dry gas-air. Use within 3 years of manufacturing date.

Warnings

Cut electricity before applying. Apply on clean and dry parts. Keep the container well closed. It contains flammable solvent. Use in a well-ventilated area away from open flame.
