PROLAB's PCF products are 100% synthetic lubricants whose unique formula provide them with exceptional properties which outclass similar products.

Characteristics and Benefits

PROLAB's PCF products are premium synthetic lubricants designed to satisfy the lubrication requirements of most compressors.  They are formulated from synthetic oil base stocks combined with the latest developments in R&O (rust and oxidation inhibited) additive technology.  PROLAB's PCF products unique blend provides superior oxidation resistance, rust protection and greater thermal stability.  These 100% synthetic lubricants allow for extended draining intervals of between 8 000 to 10 000 hours, thus reducing downtime; they also contribute to lower maintenance costs and decreased oil consumption, as well as reducing varnish, sludge and carbon deposits.
Their low pour point combined with a high viscosity index make cold start-ups much easier and stabilize viscosity in various temperatures, thus providing your equipment with optimum protection no matter what temperature changes occur.   
Furthermore, PROLAB's PCF products are safe to use and are not subject to WHMIS regulations.

Types of Application

Use PROLAB's PCF-32 and PCF-46 in rotary compressors (vane, screw and centrifugal types).

Compatibilities

PROLAB's PCF products are compatible with Viton and Buna N, nitrile and neoprene seals.
