Characteristics and Benefits

The INDUS-234 antifriction treatment for hydraulic systems high-quality components innovative formula reduces friction, wear and overheating when added to hydraulic oil, which allows for lowering operating temperatures.  INDUS-234 has anti-foaming properties.  It increases oil resistance to oxidation, prevents pump wear, varnish formation and accumulation, and protects against rust and corrosion. 

When used in preventive maintenance, INDUS-234 offers a number of benefits including: better lubrication in harsh operating conditions such as high temperatures, heavy loads, extreme pressures and high rpm's; easier cold starts; better equipment operation with less power loss; smoother operation of servo-valves; and, considerable operating noise reduction. INDUS-234 allows for up to 3 microns filtration.

Types of Application

Use INDUS-234 in all hydraulic systems, as well as in screw pumps, gear pumps, rotary vein pumps and piston pumps.

Directions for Use

Substitute the equivalent of 3 to 10% of the total volume of hydraulic oil with INDUS-234. For best results, use PROLAB's DE-25 decontaminant (see DE-25 specification sheet) prior to adding INDUS-234 to new or re-filtered oil. Change filter if necessary. In case of gasket leak, use PROLAB's specification sheet).TRS-55 (see TRS-55


Adding INDUS-234 to hydraulic oil cannot compensate for incorrect oil grade for your operating temperatures and conditions.

INDUS-234 is not intended to repair mechanical defects.
